2005 Citywide Guidelines for Traffic Calming and Neighborhood Traffic Management
1. See first page with acknowledgements for stakeholder groups. The 2023 program (now under development) does not have a stakeholder group.
2. See page 2 for explanation “the city does not have abundant funding” and “residents must find their own creative funding”
3. In 2005, there was a Traffic Advisory Committee. We will be asking City Council to re-instate a technical working group to follow through when the 2023 traffic calming program is adopted.
